CONTEST OVERVIEW

We want you to create a 60 - 90 second video conveying the dangers of underage drinking and binge drinking. Show everyone why underage drinking and binge drinking is NOT cool!

1. Why is underage/binge drinking dangerous?
2. Provide at least 2-3 facts to support your claim.
3. How is this issue a problem for everyone in your community? What can we do to combat the problem?

Now is your chance to make a difference in the community and your pockets! Grand prize entry receives $500!

HOW TO ENTER

1. Must be a current DFYIT Club HIGH SCHOOL member in Miami-Dade and Broward County with a signed membership contract on file with DFYIT, Inc.

2. To submit your video, go to the www.youtube.com/sobesober YouTube contest page December 1, 2009. Please note that videos can have a running time of 60-90 seconds, including any credits. All videos must comply with YouTube community guidelines.

3. When you're ready to submit your video, just follow the simple upload instructions included on YouTube. To submit a video, you must be a registered YouTube member. Registering is free and easy. You can submit videos from Dec 1, 2009 to March 31, 2010.

VOTING PROCESS and TIMELINE

Submissions will be judged 50% by DFYIT staff members and sponsors ("Judges") who will evaluate each eligible Submission and 50% by online voters.

March 31, 2010 - Deadline for video submission.

April 6-11, 2010 - DFYIT Judges deliberate.

April 12, 2010 - 5 Finalists will be posted.

April 12-26, 2010 - You vote for the grand prize winner!

The 3 finalist videos that receive the most votes will be deemed the grand, second and third prize winners in the Sobe Sober YouTube Contest. If there is a tie, DFYIT judges will review the tied entries. The judges' decisions are final.

PRIZE GUIDE: HOW MUCH COULD I WIN?

GRAND PRIZE:         $500.00

2^nd Place Prize:        $300.00

3^rd Place Prize:         $200.00

Prizes will be awarded as checks made payable to the winner. In addition, the Grand Prize, Second and Third Place winning videos will be posted on the DFYIT and Sobe Sober websites, subject to DFYIT's right to edit the videos in its sole discretion to comply with network guidelines or for any other reason. Limit one prize per person or group.

The winners will be revealed on the DFYIT website on May 1, 2010.
